About the Role
We're looking for a creative, sharp problem-solver to transform how Wert.io works internally. You'll design and build a unified ecosystem of tools and workflows that connect everything we do - from sales and customer success to compliance and operations. You'll be architecting our internal operating system from the ground up, researching how tools work, mapping our processes, and creating the dashboards, automations, and integrations that make us run smoothly. It’s like a product manager but for the company as a whole.
What You'll Do
- Design our internal systems architecture - Map how work flows through the company and create a unified system that connects all our tools and processes.
- Research and master platforms - Deep-dive into tools like Notion, Linear, Confluence, CRMs, and other no-code/low-code platforms to understand their full capabilities
- Build connected workflows - Create dashboards, automations, and integrations that link sales, customer success, compliance, and operations
- Gather requirements and translate them into solutions - Work with teams to understand their needs, then build the systems that solve their problems
- Continuously improve - Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to make our internal operations better
Who You Are
- Creative and clever - You see connections others miss and find elegant solutions to complex process challenges.
- Process-minded - You understand how work flows, where handoffs happen, and how to design systems that just work.
- Self-directed researcher - You love diving into documentation, testing features, and figuring out how to make tools do things others didn't know were possible.
- Sharp communicator - You can gather fuzzy requirements and turn them into clear, functional systems.
- Builder mentality - You're energized by creating something from scratch and seeing it transform how people work.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and implementing internal systems or workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms and how to connect them.
- Admin experience with tools like Notion, Linear, Confluence, or similar collaboration/project management platforms.
- Ability to map complex business processes and translate them into working systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Web3/fintech environment.
