We're hiring a Senior QA to end the manual-testing bottleneck the team is drowning in — by becoming the person who proves, teaches, and embeds AI-assisted testing (Cursor + Playwright agents) across the whole QA team. Real, hands-on manual testing is your on-ramp: enough to earn the team's trust and ground your automation in the same context they work in. From there, the job is to show the team, on your own test work, that agentic tooling makes them faster, then pair with each of them until they're running it themselves. Our tech stack and tools

• Backend: Go, Node.js, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse.
• Frontend: Vue2, JavaScript.
• Automation: JavaScript/TypeScript, Playwright, Playwright agents (plan → generate → heal → PR), Cursor.
• Instruments: our in-house QA tool, Grafana, Jira, Notion, TestRail, Postman, DataGrip, MCP-connected context tools (Jira/logs/code lookup).

Responsibilities

• Manual functional testing during onboarding and on an ongoing-but-minimized basis — enough to hold real context and credibility with the team.
• Build out the Cursor/Playwright-agent test loop (plan → generate → heal → PR → handover) using your own test work as the proving ground.
• Teach and pair: work directly with each QA teammate until they're running agentic workflows in their own test cycles. Success is measured by team-wide adoption within a defined window.
• Extend and maintain the nightly Playwright e2e suite (currently climbing from 0 toward full coverage) as a required merge gate.
• Detect, analyze, and isolate defects; report and track via Jira/TestRail.
• Validate bug fixes and release stability alongside the rest of QA.
• Coordinate with dev on flaky/broken tests and CI pipeline health.

Requirements

• 4+ years in software testing with genuine, credible hands-on manual QA experience — the team needs to recognize you as one of them.
• Demonstrated experience building agentic test workflows with Cursor and Playwright — actually building agent-driven generate/heal loops.
• Heavy, daily user of AI tools in your own work (Cursor, ChatGPT/Claude, or similar) — this has to be a habit you already have, not something you'll pick up on the job.
• Comfortable reading/writing TypeScript or JavaScript test code.
• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Strong SQL (SELECTs, JOINs, subqueries).
